The Eureka Area Chamber of Commerce is a service organization that is dedicated to enhancing the economic future of the Tobacco Valley and the quality of life for all residents. Members of the Chamber of Commerce are provided access to a number of benefits and services that can significantly enhance the financial situation of their operation. Also, by utilizing local, state, and national networks, the Chamber is effectively positioned to represent the business community when dealing with all levels of government on issues which affect business.

Marketing
Referrals over the phone, customers at the counter, emails and faxes coming in daily, are some of the way in which we get your names out to local residents, investors, new businesses, new residents and visitors alike.
Distribution of your business information to inquiries in the Info-center, through the mail/email/fax, at trade fairs, and through distribution of promotional packages. Your company information will also be included by category on our Web Page in the Listings section, with a link to your email and web page if available.
We display your brochures, pictures, posters etc. to advertise your business or special event. These are accessible to visitors 24 hours a day in a weather protected brochure rack. We produced flyers and information sheets outlining member services are distributed to visitors. Some examples of these include Hotel, Motel list and our Contractors lists.
A Broadcast email service is available to the Membership. As a member you can use this to make other Members aware of special events or sales you are planning, and in turn you will be aware of other's events and sales that you can take advantage of. We offer various levels of this service depending on your accessibility and interest.
Our connections with other Chambers of Commerce help bring solutions to business related problems.
Networking
Monthly Board Meetings (usually the 2 nd Friday of the Month), offer opportunities bring you needs to the attention of the board. Monthly mixers (usually 3 rd Thursday of Month)sponsored by businesses in town where people can see new businesses and renew awareness of older more established businesses and Luncheons (usually the 3 rd Friday every other month) where special guest speakers will provide topical information of interest to our business community.
The Annual General Membership meeting is held in Nov and election of next years officers take place in Dec with new officers taking office in Jan.

Information on up-coming seminars and training programs are made available to you through the Chamber
Superhost training is available for yourself and your employees, the training is inexpensive and required only a day of your time.
Visitor Info Center
A new addition but only open in the summer so far. This intricate network of contacts provides visitors with information about the Tobacco Valley and Montana with particular emphasis on promoting local visitor services. Visitors are provided with a full range of information that will make their stay in Eureka and the Tobacco Valley more enjoyable and will entice them and their friends to return time and time again.
