The Festival provides something for everyone – displays, crafts, auctions, and exciting competitions. Plus some of the best live music Montana has to offer! Plan to spend the entire day, as there will be food and beverage booths, and picnic tables in the shade. The Festival has an afternoon and evening filled with storytelling and awesome music. Renowned blues guitarist Andre Floyd and his band, Mood Iguana, will perform. Parallel 49 will also grace the main stage. Our storytellers will add a special delight to your day in Eureka’s Historic Village. The Sunburst Foundation joins with the Mooneyhan Foundation and local sponsors to support the 2005 Wood Rocks! The Tobacco Valley Improvement Association Board of Arts is sponsoring the auction to raise funds for the Creative Arts Center Expansion Project. The Artists in Residence Auction will include over 20 items donated by artists from around the Tobacco Valley. The range of items featured in the auction is impressive and includes leather and woodworks, oil, watercolor and charcoal paintings, textile creations, tile and glassworks, jewelry and ceramics and more! This annual event is scheduled for July 22-23rd and will be the 51st to be held in Eureka Montana. A true old fashioned rodeo with everything from Bull Riding, Bucking Horses, Barrel Racing and Roping. Held at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds this event is always a crowd pleaser with cowboys competing from all over the Northwest. Come back to eurekaevents in the coming months for more information.
