Eureka is located within the Tobacco Valley in Lincoln County, in the northwestern part of  Montana. The Tobacco Valley is situated in a beautiful natural setting, surrounded by forests, lakes, and mountains. It is located near the Canadian border. The Tobacco Valley is home to several popular recreational areas, including Lake Koocanusa and Kootenai National Forest.

The town of Eureka has a rich history that dates back to the late 1800s, when it was founded as a logging town. Today, Eureka is a thriving community that offers a range of amenities and services to residents and visitors. Some of the town's notable attractions include:

  1. Rendezvous Days: Held the last weekend in April, boasts events that include black powder shoot, parade, Village Vendors, mud bogs, music and much more!

  2. Eureka Farmers' Market: This weekly market offers fresh produce, baked goods, and crafts from local vendors from May to September.

  3. Lake Koocanusa: Offers year round recreational opportunities.

  4. The Bull Thing: One of Montana's premier bull riding events, held in conjunction with the Lincoln County Fair in August.

The Tobacco Valley offers a unique blend of history, natural beauty, and recreational opportunities that make it a popular destination for visitors and a great place to call home for residents.
